From Bhavna Ford to Bhavna Group:

Aparna started her journey in the automobile industry with her first dealer showroom, Bhavna Ford. In her words, “Those were the days wherein Ford’s Icon, Fiesta and Figo were the successful models and we have helped thousands of customers buy their dream car”.

Over the years, her dealership network has expanded to include Bhavna Honda, Bhavna Mahindra, Bhavna Kia, and Bhavna Bigwings. Today, Bhavna Group has multiple outlets across the suburbs of Santacruz, Navi Mumbai, Panvel, and Thane.

Expanding the Business

Starting in 2006, Aparna and her husband opened their first showroom, Bhavna Ford, which covered an area measuring 30,000 sq. ft. in Navi Mumbai. The company received an award for being the Best National Dealer for Ford India and they continue to provide regular services to all their customers, even after Ford Motors moved out of the country in 2021.

With their goodwill and hard work, Bhavna Group collaborated with Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) in 2012 to expand their business. They further increased their presence in Navi Mumbai, Raigad, and Thane regions. Later on, they added KIA Motors India and Mahindra to their list created a strong presence for their brands in the Navi Mumbai – Panvel Region.

Aparna believes that Bhavna is not just a name but has an emotional value that resonates with its customers. For her, customer satisfaction is key to building a successful dealership network. She recalls the early days of Bhavna Ford when the marketing team worked tirelessly on the field to bring in sales for the company. Today, Bhavna Group has earned the trust of its customers through its focus on customer delight and creating valuable customer bonds.

The Future of Indian Automobile Industry

The automotive industry in India is the fourth-largest by production in the world as per 2021 statistics. In 2022, India became the fourth largest country in the world by valuation of the automotive industry and 3rd largest automobile market in the world, surpassing Japan and Germany in terms of sales.

Bhavna Group is making all efforts to creating their presence and market share in this accelerated growth of the automobile industry. Aparna acknowledges that EV cars are the next big thing and that Bhavna is building the much-needed logistical support to meet the EV car queries from their customers.
