From working in an automobile company to owning an automobile company, Aparna’s journey is an example of how we can do anything if we have the determination for it.

Since her father was in the automobile industry, her passion for automobiles began at a young age but her journey wasn’t easy. She had to deal with many twists and turns that put her willpower to the test.

Besides being an automobile enthusiast, her father was also a hardcore musician. He always guided her to follow her passion. She had no interest in music but she learned to play musical instruments just to make her father happy.

After that, she studied, worked full-time, sponsored her MBA, and still continues to invest in herself.

After getting married, the spirit of contributing at work didn’t phase out. In 2006, she and her husband Rajesh decided to take the leap and start their own automobile dealership company, “Bhavna Group”.

Aparna's journey of starting Bhavna Group was a remarkable roller-coaster ride, filled with determination, resilience, and unwavering faith in their vision.

In 2006, fueled by their passion for cars and a dream to become the best car dealer in Navi Mumbai, Aparna, and her husband embarked on their entrepreneurial adventure.

The early days of Bhavna Ford were far from easy. Without any financial support or safety net, they faced numerous challenges in their pursuit of a space to sell cars.

Undeterred by these obstacles, Aparna and her husband persevered, working tirelessly for over 16 hours a day alongside a small team of dedicated employees.

Their limited resources meant that hiring additional staff was not feasible at the time, but they never let that hinder their progress.

Back then in 2006, in the absence of advertising facilities, Aparna took it upon herself to spread the word about Bhavna Ford.

She and her team personally visited various locations, meeting hundreds of car agents and brokers to promote their brand.

Her unwavering dedication and personal touch resonated with potential customers, gradually building a strong reputation for Bhavna Ford in the community.
